Basic price of Cement is Rs.410/- per bag & Steel is Rs.65,000/- per MT. Any increase in these prices shall be charged accordingly
Percentage of opening for windows – 17% of built up
Electricity & water needs to be provided by the client free of cost to facilitate construction
The foundation's depth is five feet, and the soil's SBC is 180 KN/M2. Any additional depth above these parameters will be billed according on site conditions and actuals.
The additional costs will be charged on an actual basis if there are restrictions on material delivery or socking location and materials need to be ordered in small quantities.
A specific area to construct labour and material shed needs to be provided within 50 feet from the construction place by the client.
Any road cutting charges for the connection of Electricity and Sewage lines is not included, such works shall be charged additionally
